Ayurvedic Yoga Class
This Ayurvedic yoga class will honor the present season and elements alive in us and around us in the current climate(Vata). We will bring awareness to the chakras and our own persona constitutions(Prakriti) as we assess balances and imbalances based on our lifestyle, physical and mental characteristics. We will discuss Ayurvedic tools that can be useful in Arizona in both winter and summer seasons to bring balance to the body and mind.

Our focus for mother baby sound healing is to create a peaceful and nurturing environment that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and enhances the connection between the mother and baby. It is believed that the soothing sounds and vibrations can help regulate the baby's heartbeat, improve sleep quality, ease discomfort or colic symptoms, and enhance the mother's emotional well-being.

Tashi Lam is a tea enthusiast and an Internal Martial Artist who has been cultivating energy since 1995. He has studied Auricular Medicine, Cranial Sacral, DNA Reprogramming, Light Body, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Meditation under several closed-door Grand Masters in their respective fields. Tashi comes from a long line of Fenghuang Dancong Oolong Tea cultivators.
